Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
YMCA Village Reconstruction Programme Centre (VRPC) is situated in village Patratoli under Maranghada Panchayat, Khunti District of Jharkhand. It is approximately 55 kms away from Ranchi.
This is a rural branch where we have accommodation facility for 80 people, with facility of hall, dining hall and kitchen. The centre is used for training programmes, retreats and camps by other organizations also. We have a English Medium school in the premises of our VRPC.
English Medium School
This school was started in 2016 with the motto of “Village to Global Village”. During session 2023-24 58 students were enrolled in the school. We have 6 teachers in the school. In the new session we have targeted to enroll 100 students in the school. Time to time we are organizing programmes and extra-curricular activities for the children. All kinds of National and International Days were observed in the school. The school has become popular in rural area of Maranghada panchayat. We are constructing two class rooms to accommodate more students in the new session. Following programmes were organized at the school, Republic Day, Independence Day, Children's Day, School picnic, School sports, Teacher's Refresher Course, etc.
