Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

YMCA Ranchi's City Branch at Johannessen Building, Old H.B. Road is the administrative headquarter of the organisation. The building is home to the office of the General Secretary and the Main Account Section as well as the Project Department. On the first floor is a men's hostel for college students and working men. On the campus the upcoming YMCA Kindergarten 'Little Steps' is under construction and will open soon.

Our Story

The administrative office of YMCA Ranchi is situated in this branch.

  • Hostel Facility with the service “Home away from Home” for 61 students and working men.

 

General YMCA Programmes:

  • Hi-Y (High School Youth) serves the high school members and provides a variety of programmes.

  • Uni-Y (University Youth) organizes interesting and educating programmes for the development of the student members of YMCA and student community as well.

  • Religious Emphasis Committee (REC) organizes religious programmes such as Prayer Meetings, Seminars, Discourses, Inter faith Dialogue etc. for spiritual growth of the members and society.

  • Sports and Games: We organize tournaments and participate in various tournament and championship in local and national level.
